Stand-Out classes follow the school calendar for the Falkirk council area, we are closed on school holidays (September weekend/ October hols/ Christmas hols/ February weekend/ Easter and Summer) SOTS class fees are monthly subscription payments spread over 12 months of the year.
Our classes run for approx 37 weeks of the year. Your payment will come out on the 1st of each month. If you join after the first of a month, you will be subject to a ‘covering payment’ to cover the mid months class fees. After this, your class fees will be the same set amount each month be automatically taken on 1st of each month.
Any fees not paid on the 1st of the month will incur a £10 late payment fee. If fees aren't rectified and set up and your account is still showing the "Problem" status by the 1st of the following month, a further £15 admin fee will be added.
All students must pay a one off joining fee of £25 at the point of enrolment. Students recieve a welcome pack and personalised T-shirt
Students must pay a non refundable £20 annual membership fee in January.
- Monthly payments are worked out by the total cost of approx 38 weeks of classes and splitting this into 12 equal monthly payments. This is a more affordable way to pay for your Childs classes.
- SOTS require ONE MONTHS notice for class cancellation and this notice should be given via email. You will have one more payment to be made after your notice is given and then we can get your subscription cancelled.
- We have a 10 minute grace period for late pick up. After this you will be charged £5 per 5 mins of lateness.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use otherwise we will assume permission is given.
- Stand-out Theatre School does not accept any responsibility for your property and belongings.
- Attendance to class assumes agreement to all of our Terms and Conditions.
- SOTS will not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- SOTS reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- SOTS or any of their staff are not responsible for any injury during the class. Students take part at their own risk.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change in any way by emailing/calling us.

Why do I need to pay during the school holidays and summer break?
The monthly payment you pay is your ANNUAL COST of attending split into 12 equal monthly payments. This means that payments are still due when holidays occur. This is the simplest and more affordable way to pay for your child's classes.
Why are the Musical Theatre class trials 2 weeks long?
We want to give you the full SOTS experience and because no two sessions are ever exactly the same we want to make sure you enjoy all aspects of the class before committing.
